Update to 0.4.1 Beta

@Notification Update 0.4.1 Beta

This is mostly a content update but also a few lag fixes
CHANGELOG:

- Added option menu background
- Made map bigger and better (New place called cobble fortress)
- Better explosions
- Added Frame Skips option (the higher it is the less lag but some stuff may get buggy if too high) for laggy computers
- Heaps more textures for future updates
- Water that slows you down
- Optimizations (one being frame skips)
